Finn Fasser attends Ms. Twitchel’s third-grade class at Penn Wallow Elementary. He is smart, imaginative, and adventurous and does great impersonations of other people. He can be a rule-bender and risk-taker but always has good intentions and wants to do the right thing. He lives in Kealstal City and has an older sister named Selina and a cat named Tidwell.

Botts Buttons is Finn’s best friend. He is in the same class as Finn and is one of the biggest kids in third grade. He likes to play jokes, is slightly clumsy, and is obsessed with food—especially chocolate donuts. He has an older sister named Tara.

Tess Tiller is Finn’s school friend. She is in the same class as Finn and is not afraid of anything. She is loyal to Finn and is willing to take on difficult situations on Finn’s behalf, including confronting the school bully. She is an excellent piano player. She is confident and is a leader for the trio at times.
